Covid 19 measures
We have established strict protocols for action against Covid-19, adapted to current regulations. It is a series of measures aimed at protecting both our clients and our staff from possible contagion. We apply all the necessary measures of disinfection of our vehicles and accessories, after each rental service provided and before each delivery of the vehicle to the client, leaving the car completely disinfected, both the cabin (especially the parts most susceptible to use, such as steering wheel, gear lever, handles and grips, radio and air conditioning buttons, dashboard and seat belts), as the cargo area, and ready for a new service.
Cleaning at the time of return
CLEANING PENALTY. The contract holder will be charged for special cleaning, the expenses derived from an extra cleaning service as a result of the very dirty and inadequate state of the car at the time of its return (for example, excess sand, mud, pet hair or ash of cigarette...), with an amount of 60 € VAT included.
